This Summer is guaranteed to be the most exciting yet!
We’re branching out into multiple tiers of competitive League of Legends and Rocket League. We’ll be streaming as much as we can so be sure to catch all the matches on our Twitch Channel!
We’re super excited to incorporate weThink and GWOOP into our season! All teams will have the chance to participate in weThink evaluations after matches to gain valuable insight into their team dynamics and growth areas – with GWOOP Teams+, all our competitors will be training in fast twitch and reaction drills to level-up their in-game skills.

Yup. We got ourselves a Teams+ account with GWOOP! This means all participants will be able to log into our Gwoop mega team and compete across the leaderboard in wamr-up games, drills, and other skills.
Each Tier will have their own leaderboards PLUS a global leaderboard!
Top participants will receive an amazon gift card!
weThink is Building Better Teams
League is a TEAM sport! And this summer we’re excited to continue partnering with weThink to make our teams even better.
By participating in quick post-game surveys, all competitors will be able to perform self and team evaluations (anonymous) to reflect on your own, and your teammates, soft skills such as Leadership, Communication, Critial Thinking, etc.
Surveys take only a few minutes but provide a wealth of insight into personal and team growth. We’ll be sharing how to connect these “life skills” into your gameplay and become better players and humans…and teams!
Bonus points – competitors who complete all 5 surveys will be entered into raffles for a chance at custom mousepads for your school team and a $250 PHNXGaming Foundational Grant!

Want To Be A Coach?
If you want to participate but can’t play this season, you are completely capable of joining and supporting in some capacity as a coach. You will need to adhere to the coaching requirements below.
What should I expect as a player?
At a minimum, you should expect to put aside two nights a week for your team June 1-July 28.
You should expect to play all of your matches at their designated time (see schedules for each tier).
You should expect to practice with your team at LEAST once a week.
Participation by all registrants is vital to the success of the season!

Registration will open on 4/8! Sign-up for the Summer League Newsletter to be notified when registration is open (and get updates throughout the season!).
We will be in touch after your donation is confirmed. We will follow-up with headshot requests and then send the unique registration code and link to the battlefy event!

- Round robin regular season (6 teams everyone plays everyone)
- Playoffs: All teams make playoffs – seed based on place – regular season record
Allowed:
- Target banning
- Roster With Players and their Roles Posted In Battlefy Chat by Sunday, midnight PST – if no roster is posted roster will defer to previous week
- Lane swapping
- Pick any champion for any role
- Emotes
Not allowed:
- Dancing
- Substituting a player for someone else
- Taunting
- Fountain diving
- Spawn killing
- All chat except game pause clarifications
- Being disrespectful to opponents or teammates (very vague statement that the rules board will decide on)
Rescheduling:
- Expectation is that you are available on your game day
- There is no rescheduling

What are "Community" Practice Nights?
Before teams are published, there will be “Community Practice Nights” for your tier. These practices are meant to mix players together before teams are made to get a idea of the competition or your future teammates.
Why is there a registration fee?
This summer league is a fundraiser for The PHNXGaming Foundation. Players can register by making a donation to the appropriate fund. The registration fee is non-refundable. We will be using registration fees to fund grants and awards for the participating coaches’ teams. Registration donations may also be used to support programs of coaches not registered but who do register for future grant opportunities.
Registration donations will not be used to pay or compensate organizers.
Captain and Coach Requirements
Tier 1 and Tier 2 will have captains.
Tier 3 will have captains and coaches.
The captain will be a player who is playing on a game day. While a coach will be there to help the team get better and prepare for game day.
Expectations for Coaches and Captains
Set up practices for their team
Make sure their team is at the game on time
Be a resource for their team (I.E. practicing match ups, sending good videos for them to watch, be there to answer the teams questions)
Help to build a positive team environment
Requirement for Captains
Schedule and host 1 full team practice each week.
Be the shot caller or assign the shot caller on your team.
Be a point of communication between your team and opponents/CR Coaches/Etc.
Requirements for Coaches
Be ranked Bronze and above
Actively responsive in the discord
Be a leader and good example to your team
Know the rule book of CR
Host 1 FULL-TEAM practice with your team.
Be present before and during draft/pick for your team.
Coaches are not allowed in communications after draft.
Team Logos and Photos
We will need a player photo from all participants so we can make awesome streaming and promo graphics – we will ask for these during registration.

3v3 Leaderboard
Roster Rotation
June 4 – July 16 (no matches week of July 4)
Saturdays @9:30 pm EST
What does “Leaderboard Roster Rotation” mean? Each week you will play with different people – your end-of-game score will be tracked via a leaderboard (not your goals or the team’s win/loss but your SCORE based on assists, clears, saves, etc).
This means you will be playing with varying ranks against varying ranks! It’s a great way to learn and play with many other people. We’ll check-in each week to confirm who is available and make teams!
